E-Mail Troubleshooting Support
Many issues with the PC (desktop or laptop) are simple fixes that do not require a costly on-site visit or time-consuming trip to the local shop, or you may simply need the answer to a question or a "how do I do this?" tip. RMG Tech Services offers an E-Mail Support Service that's inexpensive and easy to use. The following support plans apply both to Home users and for Business users.

For general computer questions, there is no charge. Just use our Contact Form to send us your question, and we will get back to you when we have the answer.

For troubleshooting problems or step by step "How To's", we offer four E-Mail Service Plans. For each one, as necessary, we will supply step by step instructions on how to resolve your issue or perform the needed task, supplied in PDF form as an e-mail attachment. Unlimited Monthly Support:$19.95 per month
Need lots of help or tips? Avoid the per incident charges with our monthly support.
No long term commitment, pay only a month at a time as needed.
$5 discount for on-site emergency support if your problem can't be fixed through e-mail.

Unlimited Quarterly Support:$49.95 per 3 month period
Great for businesses who are upgrading their systems or adding to their network.
This plan will help ease the tranistion and saves $10 over the monthly plan.
$10 discount for on-site emergency support if your problem can't be fixed through e-mail.

Unlimited Annual Support:$144.95 per year
Peace of Mind Support - and a savings of $95 over the monthly plan.
Never worry about computer emergencies again.
$15 discount for on-site emergency support if your problem can't be fixed through e-mail.
All E-Mail Support Plans are payable through Pay Pal only. Payment is required when submitting incident ticket. After submitting a ticket, we will e-mail you the with proper address to use to send the Pay Pal payment. Resolution of your incident will begin when payment is received.

For Unlimited Support, plan start date will be the day payment is received, and all incidents will begin resolution immediately (no further payment necessary) for the length of time your support plan is active.
